The navigation and use of the www.pathossub.com website and its services by the visitor/user presupposes its unconditional agreement with the following terms of use, which apply to all content included on its webpages. Therefore, the visitor/user must read these terms carefully before using the services of the website and if he/she does not agree, he/she must refrain from using its services and content. The visitor/user is requested to check the content of the terms of use for possible changes. The continued use of www.pathossub.com after any changes have been made, constitutes unconditional acceptance by the visitor / user of these terms.

PathosSub, is always aiming to offer the best possible service to our customers. The present e-shop enables both our customers and internet users to be informed directly about the products offered by our company, as well as to make their purchases online. Our website gives our customers the opportunity to be informed about the existing stock.

5. ORDER PROCESS
The products are reserved only when the order is sent and verified by the company.
When order is shipped, merchandise is non-returnable after 10 days and travels at the buyer’s risk and expense. It is expressly agreed that for any dispute, the Athens courts are competent. The goods listed are delivered to the customer with retention of title until payment of the price.
